Do you love cooking for people? Do you want to progress and make it your profession? If you want to pursue a career as a chef then this is an excellent place to start. This course will provide you with the underpinning skills and knowledge to progress through the levels of food preparation and food service and other workplace essentials, such as menu design and food costings to a high standard. As you study, you will explore theoretically and practically a range of topics at an appropriate level to begin working as a chef.
