You should have successfully completed Level 2 Professional Catering (merit or distinction grade) including GCSE English and maths grades 4-9You will require an interview with subject specialist staff to ensure you have a good understanding of the course you are applying for. Attendance and attainment reports from previous education will also be required.This full-time course is designed for young people aged 16-18 (or up to 24 if supported with an EHCP).
