Learners will be able to prepare cook and present a range of complex patisserie and confectionery items to a high standard specialising and developing skills in these areas n a real working environment.A wider knowledge of the programme units will be explored throughout the course. Through participation of the practical tasks completed and theory test papers testing knowledge further. This level 3 course provides an extensive exploration of all aspects of current industry operations and standards essential for those aspiring to work at a higher level in patisserie and confectionery in the industry today.

What you need to get on

To have gained a Level 2 qualification previously and have a positive attitude to learning and an avid interest in patisserie in particular and the creation of more complex food items. Preferably level 4 qualifications in both English and Maths.
