This course is ideal for those who want to develop advanced food and beverage service skills. You will study a range of topics to enhance your skills in the hospitality industry, such as supervising food and beverage service, leading a team to improve customer service, and maintaining health, hygiene and safety. Alongside your studies, you will also work at a supervisory level within the College’s commercial Mulberry Restaurant to further develop your professional service skills.

What you need to get on

Minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (if this does not include English and maths these MUST be studied as part of the Level 3 programme) or Level 2 Functional Skills equivalent in English and maths; successful interview and initial assessment; successful completion of Level 2 programme (progressing learners).
