This advanced programme of work is specifically designed for those people who have achieved a Level 2 in Professional Cookery or have attained an equivalent qualification and wish to continue their development of the knowledge and skills. Students must complete 16 modules to achieve a full certificate.
What you need to get on
You must have achieved a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 within Food Prep and Cooking or any other related Level 2 Professional Cooking Qualification. You will also be required to attend an informal interview.
