This course is a professional chef advanced pathway and a natural progression route for those who have completed a level 2 hospitality services or professional chef qualification previously. It would also suit anyone already working in the industry to progress towards a more robust and complex craft skills and knowledge award at level 3.
What you need to get on
You will need to have achieved Level 2 Hospitality Services and will also need an uptodate food safety certificate and relevant industrial knowledge and skills associated with health and safety in the workplace.
