You will be taught in a range of different ways including practical training sessions, training in our commercial restaurant Da Vinci. You will have the opportunity to participate fully at evening functions. Theory based sessions are part of your timetable to develop your knowledge and complete exams. You will also have access to an online learning resources and activities which you will complete independently.

You can progress from the Level 1 Professional cookery qualification or demonstrate equivalent industry experience

How you are assessed

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
