You will study on a full-time programme, combining practical work with related theory in food preparation and cooking.
What you need to get on
For this course you will need to have achieved 4 GCSEs at grade 3 or above.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
