The course programme is for two years (Level 2 first year and Level 3 second year) and is aimed at aspiring restaurant supervisors/managers and is a mix of both practical restaurant sessions, classroom theory and work experience.Students enjoy a variety of activities including restaurant and bar service/cocktail making/wine service and tasting/visiting other hospitality establishments and supervising their own service in Edmunds restaurant.The course also offers the opportunity to work at events and functions both internally and external to the College.
