What the college says
This course will help you to gain the skills that you need to work in the Catering Industry. You will learn lots of new and exciting practical skills in a well equipped kitchen and commercial restaurant, with well trained, supportive staff . You will also work to improve your English and Maths skills and we will work with you to improve areas of personal skills, such as managing money, leisure and health.

Three GCSEs at grade 2. Alternatively - Pass grade in an Entry Level 3 (Aspire) qualification
How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
