Aimed at School Leavers.This course will give you an introduction into the exciting career of catering. You will work in our practical kitchens and our training Restaurant, preparing, cooking and serving a wide range of savoury and sweet dishes. Theory assignments will give you the underpinning knowledge to assist your understanding of the topics within practical areas.
