What the college says

You will gain a good grounding in the fundamentals of professional cookery, alongside food and beverage service. During the study programme, you will work within the College’s commercial kitchens and Mulberry restaurant. In addition, you will gain a Level 2 award in Food Safety.

What you need to get on

Minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade G or above (or Entry 3/Level 1 Functional Skills equivalent in English and maths); successful interview and initial assessment; successful completion of Entry Level programme (progressing learners).

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
