What the college says
Budding chefs learn the skills, techniques and knowledge required to enter the catering industry. You will use industry standard equipment in our purpose built training kitchen and the award winning Wheel Restaurant to develop the skills required for a successful career in catering and hospitality. This first step programme has been designed to provide an opportunity for students to develop knowledge and understanding of the Catering industry. The course is structured to provide bite size experiences that allow progression at a measured pace to meet individual needs.
