This course is about what’s going on in Britain and the world NOW and you get rewarded in the exams for including up to date examples. Many of the skills you learn are transferable. You will learn how to select and analyse information, how to tell the difference between different points of view and how to argue a case. This means you’ll gain an interesting yet relevant education that sets you up for a variety of careers in the modern world, so you can make a difference to society.

What you need to get on

Minimum grade 4 in GCSE English Language and any Humanities based subject (Citizenship, Geography, History, Religious Studies, Sociology)

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
