What the college says
The course aims to stimulate and sustain an interest in, and an enjoyment of, Chemistry. It will provide a body of knowledge and show the interlinking patterns of the subject. Chemistry is not isolated in the world but has applications in technological, environmental, economic and social fields.
What you need to get on
5 GCSE's at grade 4 or above including English and maths. Grade 7-7 or above in Combined Science or a Grade 6 or above in the relevant science for those studying the Triple Award plus a Grade 6 or above in Mathematics and English Language/Literature.
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
