What the college says
This course is perfect if you have an interest in working in the events industry. It is a great opportunity for students to benefit from gaining first-hand experience of the planning, running and promoting of events in partnership with Notts County Football Club at Meadow Lane. You will take part in a range of work experience opportunities which will be completed alongside studying the scale of the industry, how events are staffed and promoted as well as the finance behind them.
What you need to get on
You will need 4 GCSE’s at grade 3-9 including English and Maths, one of these must be at grade 4 or above.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
