What the college says
This course prepares you for a career in the events industry, helping you build key skills in planning, coordination and teamwork. Please note, this course is only available for those who are aged 19 or over. Please do not apply if you are younger than 19 years old.
What you need to get on
You must have at least two GCSEs at grade 3 and above (grade D and above), a Pass grade in one of our Level 1 or 2 floristry or event styling courses or a portfolio of your own work experience. A willingness and commitment to learn the skills found in the events sector such as event styling and hospitality is also essential.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
