This programme allows learners to develop and practice the skills required to progress in the world of hospitality and catering. While on the programme you will have the opportunity to prepare dishes using ingredients across all food groups, attend industry training in our award winning Da Vinci Restaurant and develop your customer care and employability skills.

Good communication skills and personal presentation. You will be required to take part in a practical skills scan that will help us determine your starting point.
