Chemistry is everywhere! Without chemistry our lives would be unrecognisable, for chemistry is at work all around us. It is the job of chemists to provide us with new materials to take us into the future and, by pursuing the subject now, you could make your own valuable contribution to society. As part of the course you will study Physical, organic and inorganic Chemistry.

What you need to get on

In order to gain entry to The Boswells Sixth Form all students must achieve a minimum of 40 points from their best 8 GCSE subjects, including minimum grade 4 in English Language and Maths. You will need a minimum B/6 Grade at GCSE in any subject you wish to study at A Level. Subject Specific: Grade 6 at GCSE Chemistry or Double Award Science (AA). In addition Grade 6 in Maths is required
