Bishop Auckland College has one of the largest catering departments in the North East. Training students to work to industry standards and applying their skills in our newly launched state of the art kitchens and Ambition restaurant.
What you need to get on
Minimum 3 GCSE's at grades 2 - 1 (E - F) or equivalent, or entry level qualification. Alternative qualifications and experience will be considered. Ideally you will already have had some experience in Catering.
How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
