What the college says

The aim of the qualification is to provide the learner with the skills required to deliver efficient and reliable customer service. It is designed for learners who will be moving into an environment where they will be dealing with customers on a daily basis as part of their job role and is applicable to a variety of work environments. Employers that TSL work with have found this a very useful and worthwhile qualification as it gives learners the confidence to talk and relay information to other in a way that is respectful, informative and polite in a variety of situations. This qualification also helps learners deal with customers who are upset at the product or service they are receiving, and work towards rectifying the problem in the best possible way. Learners who have taken this qualification have found it to be enjoyable and interesting and post course feedback has been very positive about how the qualification has benefited them in the workplace.
