This course is designed for students who have a passion to work in the hospitality or catering industry. Students on this course apply their practical skills to plan, prepare, and deliver a range of menus. The course also includes an element of enterprise skills, in which students look to make their catering profitable to fund future menus. This course is based in a newly built industrial kitchen and hospitality environment, providing catering for a range of customers. Work experience is an important part of this provision, with placements used to develop and apply new skills.
