Designed to give installers and designers the skills and knowledge required to correctly install and/or design warm water underfloor heating systems, this course has been developed with the Underfloor Heating Manufacturers’ Association (UHMA) with the intention of it being recognised as a demonstration of competence. It consists of a training/ reference manual to be read before a 2-day practical training session and completion of written assessments.

What you need to get on

Candidates must be 18+ Trainees must hold a minimum NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in plumbing or conventional heating engineering, or a demonstrable number of years of relevant experience.

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
