What the college says
The Level 2 Sport Study Programme gives you an all-round look at the sports industry and teaches you vital skills that youll need to know to go into a career in Sports. Covering coaching and participating in sport, personal exercise, fitness and nutrition and tactical awareness, the course is a good balance of practical work and theoretical application, teaching you what you need to know in the classroom and then applying it in your hands-on work experience. With real world assessments, planning training programmes for clients and delivering sports events to primary schools, youll really get a feel for your future career. You can progress onto the Level 3 Programme as you move into your career as a coach, fitness instructor or leisure attendant.
