If you want a broad introduction to the sports industry this Level 2 diploma combines classroom learning with practical performance and fitness training. You will improve your understanding of anatomy physiology and psychology while developing real coaching and employability skills through projects and work experience. It is a strong stepping stone into Level 3 sport study apprenticeships or entry roles in sport and leisure.

What you need to get on

Entry requirements for external applicants and school leavers 2–4 GCSEs at grades 2–3 or above including: English at grade 3 Maths 2 • A genuine interest in sport, physical activity, coaching, or fitness. • Willingness to take part in practical sports sessions across a range of activities. • Good attitude to teamwork, communication, and completing coursework. • Commitment to improving both practical and academic skills.
