What the college says
The growth in professional sports has paved the way for a range of career opportunities in sports science. The course will develop on the theoretical based elements learnt through GCSE Physical Education. A Level Sports Science will give students an insight into how physiological and psychological components underpin performance, and how sports have developed into the mass consumer industry that we accept them as today. The course is ideal for any student who has a keen interest in, and is enthusiastic about, PE and sport.
