What the college says
A traineeship program will include a minimum of two days salon work experience and one day training at Oracle. This allows you to get a feel for the work place while learning valuable skills such as Health & Safety awareness, customer service, communication and interpretation skills which are universally useful in any industry.
What you need to get on
There are no specific skills or prior learning for a traineeship, recruitment at Oracle will work with the applicant to secure work experience in chosen industry (Hair/Beauty/Nails) to enable them to fulfil the traineeship programme to its full potential. GCSE in Maths and English are not required but are advantageous when it comes to looking at Functional Skills requirements.

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
