What the college says

Mathematics provides you with skills that you can use in any career: analytical thinking, solving problems, thinking creatively, investigating and presenting logically, handling and interpreting data, forming and communicating ideas. Mathematics is a highly credible qualification, however, the choice should also be because you enjoy mathematics and you get pleasure from the challenge of solving number and logic puzzles. Modules & Assessment (Three AS and Three A2 modules) C1, C2, S1 are taken in Year 12 and C3, C4 and S2 are taken in Year 13. Occasionally it is possible to offer M1 (mechanics) in Year 13.
