WHY STUDY MATHEMATICS? Mathematics involved specific focus on the core elements of Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry and Calculus combined with application to statistical and mechanical problems. Studying Mathematics helps us to find structure in our lives, helps us to put a price on things, create graphics, build websites, design skyscrapers and generally understand how things work. You will also learn to create models to analyse and solve complex problems, process, interpret and evaluate data and construct mathematical arguments and proof.
