This will consist of one unit based on Pure Mathematics and one unit covering Mechanics and Statistics. Pure Mathematics deals with the theory of the subject and includes topics based on algebra, sequences and trigonometry. Mechanics involves studying why things move, gravity and energy. Statistics helps you to interpret and understand data and can be used in real life situations. Additionally, you will sit two more units of Pure Mathematics plus one more unit of Mechanics and Statistics. Mathematics is desired by many employers and university courses. If you love to think deeply, choose Mathematics.

5 GCSE Grade 4-9, inc GCSE Maths Grade 6.
