A Level Maths is a fantastic subject which combines Pure Maths, such as algebra, geometry and functions with Applied Maths modules. It shows potential employers that you have a highly logical mind that can present organised arguments to solve numerical problems — a skill which is widely sought after.
What you need to get on
Five passes in GCSE at grade 4 or above. One of the five passes will include English at grade 4 or higher.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
