The catering industry is one of the largest employers in the country, with job opportunities at all levels becoming increasingly available and more varied. Our catering programmes are designed to support students at all levels gain the skills that they need to succeed in this area. Students learn in training facilities that reflect the real-life workplace. Skills are taught at the students' own pace and level, with some students working towards a non-accredited curriculum designed to build their confidence in the workplace. whilst others work towards industry recognised accredited qualifications.
