Based at the impressive St John's College in central Cambridge the small and highly supported hospitality and catering course offers a unique blend of employability, industrial experience and work placement. Young people attend the college three days per week, taking a vocational role each day in front of house, kitchen or preparation rooms.

What you need to get on

This opportunity is offered to a small number of young people who have a genuine interest in hospitality and catering and have developed the confidence to manage in a work place environment. Most young people on this programme will have an EHCP and be working at Entry 3. Entry is on an assessment basis. Early application is strongly recommended due to high interest and the small yearly intake.

How you are assessed

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
