This course will enable you to gain the skills you need to deliver expert hospitality service and will equip you to work in one of the most exciting and rewarding industries. Good/positive customer service is one of the most important and essential skills to have. All industries hope to provide a great experience to their customers to help build a good reputation and encourage people to return time and time again. Within this course you will be able to develop your existing hospitality skills and learn new ones that will support you on a journey towards a successful career within the industry (this will also be transferable to other areas). This is a course for creative and caring individuals with an interest in customer service. You will be taught by industry experts, helping you to excel in your chosen career.

What you need to get on

* 4 GCSE's grade 3-9 including maths and English * Satisfactory references * Completion of Level 1 relating to industry * Previous industry experience

How you are assessed

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.

What this level means

The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
