With a reputation as one of the most challenging A Level subjects, Physics is an excellent addition to any higher education or job application.

What you need to get on

Grade 6 in GCSE Physics, or 6-6 in Combined Science, plus a grade 5 in Mathematics. It is strongly recommended that you study A Level Mathematics alongside A Level Physics.

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
