What the college says
Mathematics A-Level requires a further 3 modules: C3 and C4 and the third being Mechanics 1 (M1). In Year 13 students will study core mathematics developing on the ideas from AS in algebra, exponentials, logarithms, trigonometry, binomial expansion, differentiation and integration. New core topics covered include and study new topics in parametric equations, vectors and numerical methods. In mechanics, students will study application of vectors, kinematics, statics and dynamics.
