Mathematics A level is essential for students who wish to read a degree in mathematics, any branch of engineering such as aeronautical, mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering, physical sciences, or branch of sciences such as earth sciences or sports science, and it is considered desirable for many other courses including areas of business management and computer science.
