What the college says
Mathematics A-Level teaches highly respected and widely used skills. The skills are essential for further study in areas such as engineering, economics, business, electronics, computing and design. The course consists of Pure and Applied papers, in the ratio 2:1. The Applications are Mechanics and Statistics, each equally weighted.
