History A Level investigates people and societies of the past to consider the impact on and relevance to our lives today. Our course has an unusually wide chronological and thematic range and provides an excellent preparation for the study of History at university.
What you need to get on
Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including Maths, GCSE grade 5 or above in History and GCSE grade 5 or above in English Language.
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
