The course offers the opportunity to study different aspects of 17th, 19th, and 20th Century History. Students will also research and complete a coursework question. Topics studied include Democracy and Dictatorships in Germany 1919-1963, Britain 1900-1951 and Rebellion and Disorder under the Tudors 1485-1603.

What you need to get on

Grade 6 in History GCSE, Grade 5 in English Language. Satisfactory academic and attitudinal references. A desire to find out about the past. Enthusiasm for communicating ideas. Knowledge and a passion for understanding.
