Economics is designed to foster analytical thinking, research skills, and an awareness of contemporary economic challenges. We cover the two broad strands of economic theory; microeconomics and macroeconomics, allowing students to explore the intricate workings of markets, government policies, and the global economy. GCSE Economics or Business is not a requirement for entry onto this course. GCSE Business Grade 6, GCSE English Literature or English Language Grade 6, GCSE Mathematics Grade 6. If Business is not taken at GCSE; GCSE English Literature or English Language Grade 6, GCSE Mathematics Grade 6.
