What the college says
This course is for you if you would like to keep up valuable mathematical skills but don't want to take A Level Maths. Equivalent to half an A level, it will help and support other subjects that have a maths component such as science, geography, psychology, business studies, IT and economics and is recognised by universities.
What you need to get on
6 GCSE passes at Grade 5+, including a minimum of Grade 5 in Mathematics and English. 6 in Computer Science and 6 in Mathematics or 6 in Mathematics.
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
