GCE A Level in Art and Design

at Southmoor Academy, Sunderland · school or sixth form

Level 3A levelsGCE A level11 monthsFull timeFree

What the college says

It’s a practical course with 60% of the coursework contributing towards their final grade. 40% of it is an externally set assignment by our exam board AQA which is run in a similar way to their 60% coursework project but in a shorter time frame and a proportion of it completed under exam conditions (the 15 hour exam spread over several days). Graphic Communication appeals to a vast range of student regardless of whether they have studied it before, however it is desirable but not essential that the students have studied GCSE Graphic Communication.
