What you need to get on
To access A level courses students will have mostly achieved grade 5s (or higher) across their GCSEs. You should have at least a grade 4 in GCSE maths. Ideally you should have a grade 4 or above in GCSE English language. Studying art and/or design at GCSE is advantageous but not essential.
