This is a course for students who have enjoyed and been successful whilst studying GCSE Maths and/or business, and are looking to study financial systems and markets on a variety of different scales, from local to international Your personal and academic skills will benefit tremendously from this course; the ability to hold mature and balanced discussions, essay-writing skills, financial and statistical analysis, problem-solving, independent study and research, as well as to become aware of global markets, governance and production. A-Level Economics will excite your minds, challenge your perceptions and stimulate your investigative and analytical skills. The Economics course would be particularly beneficial if studied alongside any of the following subjects: business, mathematics, IT, physics or geography.

You will need 5 GCSEs at grade 5-9, including Maths & English Language.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
