Let our skills improve yours. This part time package is perfect for anybody wanting to get into the catering industry or someone already working in it to gain nationally recognised qualifications. You will achieve a varied selection of qualifications suitable for work within the catering industry. You will be introduced to professional cookery skills in stove, larder and patisserie.
What you need to get on
There are no formal entry requirements. There will also be an optional opportunity to ‘top-up’ your maths and English qualifications depending on levels already achieved.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
