Chemistry allows you to study the basis of all chemical substances, the understanding of which has greatly improved the quality of life for most people around the world.Our A Level course is underpinned by the practical skills that we call 'How Science Works'. You will find out how chemists are real innovators, designing solutions to the problems that affect modern life, and using practical experiments and theory to underpin your knowledge.
