This course is designed to give you a broad range of cookery skills and food services will form an introduction into the hospitality industry. The practical classes will include food preparation and food service. The theory lessons will cover the essential knowledge and will complement the required assignment work.

What you need to get on

3 GCSEs at grade D-G PLUS grade 2/f or higher in Maths or English. Entry criteria will be applied at the discretion of the course manager.
