What you need to get on

Candidates are required to have achieved BSL Level 1 (or have sufficient basic fluency).Candidates will also need to have sufficient manual dexterity, sight and facial movement to produce and receive BSL. You will complete an assessment at interview to ensure you meet the correct level.

How you are assessed

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.

What this level means

The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
