The Level 2 Certificate in BSL builds on Level 1 skills and develops learners� ability to participate in longer, more varied and more detailed conversations in British Sign Language. Designed for learners who want to improve communication with Deaf people in everyday, social, community or work situations. Provides intermediate skills in both BSL understanding (receptive) and production (expressive).

What you need to get on

You must be aged 19 or over. An initial assessment will ensure you join the right level. Completion of Level 1 Award in British Sign Language (recommended) Suitable for adults with a working knowledge of basic BSL wishing to progress to the next level. Learners must have adequate vision, dexterity and facial expression skills needed for BSL communication Regular attendance and independent practice recommended. ��
